What time is milk delivered?
Fresh milk is delivered to your doorstep every morning between 5 AM and 7 AM, before you wake up. You’ll find your glass bottles waiting at your door each day.
What if I'm not home when milk is delivered?
No worries! Simply designate a secure spot for delivery (like a milk box, doorstep, or with your guard). We’ll leave the bottles there each morning and collect the empties.
Is Dapure milk pasteurized?
Yes, all our milk is gently pasteurized at controlled temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving the natural taste and nutritional value of fresh milk.
Where does Dapure milk come from?
Our milk comes from carefully selected dairy farms near Lahore. We work directly with farmers who maintain high standards of cow care and hygiene.
How long does the milk stay fresh?
When properly refrigerated at 4°C or below, our fresh milk stays good for 2-3 days. Since we deliver daily, you’ll always have the freshest milk possible.
Why do you use glass bottles?
Glass bottles are 100% recyclable, preserve milk taste better than plastic, and create zero waste. We collect, sanitize, and reuse each bottle up to 50 times.
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription anytime through WhatsApp or by calling us. Just give us 24 hours notice before your next delivery day.
Can I change my daily quantity?
Yes, you can adjust your daily milk quantity anytime. Simply notify us at least 24 hours before the change should take effect.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, there’s no lock-in period. You can cancel your subscription anytime without any penalty. We believe in earning your loyalty through quality, not contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and online payment. For weekly and monthly plans, advance payment is required.
When do I need to pay?
One-time orders are paid on delivery. Weekly subscriptions are paid weekly in advance. Monthly subscriptions are paid monthly in advance for the best rates.
What happens if I don't return the glass bottles?
A refundable deposit of Rs 100 per bottle is included in your first order. Return all bottles and get your full deposit back, or the deposit covers any unreturned bottles.
